Car parking is available within the grounds of the house on a gravel drive or in the brick courtyard immediately in front of the house.

Entrance to the house is on level brick pathway, a threshold into the house and the accommodation is all on ground floor level.

The accommodation comprises of a lounge, bathroom and bedroom all on the same level. The bedroom and sitting room are fully carpeted. The bathroom has a ceramic tiled floor and raised shower tray with glass enclosure, toilet and wash hand basin.
